I believe we are our own agents of choice and change, as well as our own limiters.

For over 20 years, I’ve been integrating my knowledge and practices to guide clients to ease, joy and health in life. I listen to your life and challenges, watch the energy under your words, and tailor any combination of training, facilitation, self-study, bodywork, detoxification, or cellular support that you are ready to receive. In class or in private sessions, we’ll get you to a new level of awareness with simple, everyday tools.

BECOMING AWARE

Since 1985, when my brother died in a sudden accident, I’ve never shied from change. In the depths of sadness and loss, my parents taught me to see the contribution of my brother’s life, what his death could teach, and to not allow the trauma and drama of this story to take hold in my life. From that moment, my quest became to find out who I was, what I was meant to offer the world, and make joy my compass.

In 1998, I made an observation I had no idea would refocus my life, after 17 years of higher education and amazing jobs in science, engineering, business and sustainability.

I realized that everywhere I went, I was an agent of change. Some of it was fun, some of it was painful, and all of it created results that produced more for who/what I worked with. Only, I had not found joy in my own life, except in the long-term relationship with my partner (now spanning over 30 years).

ASKING FOR THE REAL ME

In a moment of desperation that same day, I threw a demand to the Universe: “If I don’t find out what I’m meant to do …” I never finished that sentence, but my frustration was clear. Two weeks later, the Universe delivered in a way that was completely foreign to my reality at the time.

A synchronistic encounter with a healer turned on in me what revealed to be four channels to the Universe. I became an overnight hands-on healer, with an instant connection to energy I’d never known but oddly knew how to use. This man called me a Pharmacy for the Universe – something that challenged the scientist in me!

I started to just know things. When I had no idea, I asked the Universe for help. Suddenly, the magic I believed in as a child was manifesting in life. One day, I surrendered totally to this new life, because the outcomes were amazing.

DIVERSE PATHS TO REACH PEOPLE

I began a renaissance period, certifying in all the modalities I was guided to for transformation in people’s lives. Many of these were little know practices that are powerful. Combined, their potency multiplies. Combined with my energy work, the power is becoming exponential.

I became certified as a teacher of yoga, consciousness facilitation, Yamuna® (body rolling, face ball, foot fitness, and yoga) and TRE®/Neurogenic Yoga™ (tension, stress and trauma release).

I trained and certified in reflexology, Thai Yoga (aka Thai massage); detoxification and cellular wellness (redox signaling molecules, ASEA, IonCleanse® detox, and other wellness technologies).

The variety allowed the Universe to reach people through me in many ways. As I followed my guides, my channels grew exponentially, from the four I began with that one day to now over 1900. Everyone I work with, every day I work with myself, they are growing in number. Join me, please, because when you transform yourself, the world transforms too.
