Did you know the Universe is trying to get your attention? Trying to get you to see that other choices exist other than the ones you either know or do not know you’ve made that keep you creating a life you wish you could change? Including with your body?

I believe the Universe is literally knocking at our door these days, louder and louder. Wake up – connect to your real self; reconnect to your ability to communicate with all that’s around you – the Earth, the plants, the trees, the animals, and the people. We used to do this with such ease, and called it communion.

What I see is many of us experiencing this calling (even this re-connection) as pain, sensitivities, sadness, overwhelm, dis-ease with our bodies, and so forth. We are buying it as real pain, sensitivity, sadness, overwhelm, dis-ease and the like, instead of a wake-up call.

Twenty years ago, in 1998, I was woken up. I started to learn that many of the pains and issues I had were not actually what I thought they were. It took me a while to see how to get rid of things, but I stayed on the path, searching for what was true. And this summer – I got rid of what I think was not even mine … a cancer on my nose. I’d had a cancer over a decade before and done the normal treatment to cut it out and kill it. This time I asked, “what if I could just get rid of it on my own? What if it wasn’t even mine … or wasn’t even real?”

What if I could delete it from existence?

Welcome to 21 days to try on a new way of being, 21 days of seeing a way of life from another angle, 21 days of practicing and building the “muscle” of choice so that you can just choose different RIGHT NOW and no longer live by the stories, the fantasies, the expectations and agreements, the inventions, the lies, the illnesses, the aches and pains, the points of view, the calculations, the decisions, and the judgments that you live by ad that likely have little of the real you in them.

In fact, maybe you don’t actually know what the real you feels like, because it’s always been held down – tethered – by the stories, the fantasies, the expectations and agreements, the inventions, the lies, the illnesses, the aches and pains, the points of view, the calculations, the decisions, and the judgments that got ingrained.

Or as I like to say – solidified in your body and being.

CLASS FORMAT

Class occurs within a closed Facebook group, for paid members only.

You receive 21 days of Facebook Lives, that are stored in the group. Each live discusses at least one perspective and/or an activity with tools to test it out. There will be a kick off Zoom to launch the group that is unpaid (and was unrecorded) – intended to give anyone curious an idea of the course. Each of the 3 weekly paid Zooms will be a discussion in group with questions/answer session, guidance, facilitation, and so forth on how to add the tools to your life. These Zooms will be recorded and sent to those who choose this option. The Energetic Communion is a recording that is sent for those who purchase it in a package. (It will also be sold separately as an individual product, once made.)
