This one-day Bars class will give you the freedom from all the judgments and points of view that are sticking you (even if you don’t know it)! You and your heart and your relationships (personal or business) might just be looking for this!

Whether you are doing this for yourself or to share, learning that anyone can do energy work – that you don’t need a gift – is an incredible contribution to your life!

Three and a half years ago, I asked my husband to learn this with me because (full disclosure) I wanted someone close to me to be able to do profound energy work on me, but I was really the only one trained. We are so grateful we did this together! We can get each other out of a funk or just make each other’s day even that much better whenever we want! What an intimate and special gift!

Go home with a great manual and laminated practice sheets to keep besides you while you practice! Completion of this course gives you a certification to offer the Bars as a practitioner, if that’s something you desire. As well, I’m certified to offer CEUs for the NCBTMB to massage therapists.

Snacks and drink will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own – and even your lunch. There will be a long enough lunch break to go get food locally, if you wish. Or eat here and take a walk in the neighborhood!

Location: my residence, off Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland-Piedmont.

Price: $175 for repeat student (you must give me your last teacher and date of the training); $350 for first timers. After this class – you are certified to charge for a session. Can’t believe it’s that easy? It is!! And get CEUs for massage therapists, with the NCBTMB!

Children 15 and under are free, 15-18 are 1/2 price.
