Have you learned the Access Bars® and want to practice your skill, connect with other Bars practitioners, or just trade? This tradition in Access Consciousness is a great way to create community between non-professional and professional Access energy work practitioners.

You have the choice to trade (both gift and receive the Bars) or just give or just receive. Newcomers are also welcome to experience the Bars. Snacks and water are provided to support the body in this practice.

A nominal fee is charged by the host for attending to trade or gift ($20). A slightly larger fee of $60 is asked for those receiving only – which goes to the practitioner less the host fee $20. Children who attend and gift bars sessions can be paid as well!

Location: private residence near Lake Merritt in Oakland. Enjoy a view of the SF Bay while getting and giving the Bars!

What to bring: a blanket or pillow of your choice plus a warm layer of clothing; a massage table if you have one (check with me to see if it’s necessary).
