Renew your energy, realign your body, and release tension and fascia with Yamuna body rolling and foot fitness. Our fascia stiffens not only from patterns and overuse, but from slouching, couch surfing, hormonal changes and – yes – our emotions. Yamuna body rolling and foot fitness are a simple and effective practices which leaves your body begging for more.
Destress and reboot your nervous system with tension and trauma release, TRE style. This method turns on the body’s natural de-stressing mechanism, the parasympathetic nervous system. It does so not by controlled breathing or meditation (wonderful practices), but by the way the nervous system is designed to itself – discharging what’s stored in the body. Most people find this practice a humorous and surprisingly efficient way to shake it all off.
