Location: Off Lakeshore Avenue, Oakland, in private residence (come enjoy the view of the Bay and downtown Oakland!) Exact location given upon registration …. so don’t forget your phone number and email!

What to wear: anything comfortable – you will be lying down. Bring a warm layer as your temperature could drop as you and your body become more ease.

What to bring: Any dietary needs. We will have water and snacks, and there will be a lunch break (you can go out or bring your own). Have a massage table? If so, let me know. Email addresses are necessary when purchasing so we can communicate.

Price: $0-350. $350 for the day long training for adults 18 and older. Half price for kids 16-17; free for kids 15 and under. Repeat price for any level is 1/2 price within 12 month period. Once you take this course, you become a registered Bars practitioner with Access Consciousness® and may charge for Bars sessions.
