This new COVID period caused a lot of “stop” for people – time to slow down, be confused, be frustrated, be happy, lose your livelihood, work even harder, question a lot of things, you name it.
Added to this, the social change and perhaps legal changes afoot in various parts of the world (especially in my country, the USA) … and many people are feeling super exhausted. Tired when they go to bed, and/or tired when they wake up and slog through the day. Sometimes it’s a heaviness, sometimes it’s just tiredness. Sometimes it’s awake all night with what others say is insomnia, but it’s not. Or, your ears are ringing. And sometimes, if you are like me, it comes with body aches (including heart pains) that you know just aren’t yours.
What can you do when you feel this tired and are not 100% sure it’s even coming from you. There are lots of tools I use to know the difference, and to know what’s required.
